Glutathione is known as a “super antioxidant” it is the single most powerful antioxidant for liver detoxification and cell rejuvenation. Glutathione is produced by the liver, intestines and kidneys to detoxify cells. Foods that contain the highest amounts of glutathione include walnuts, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, grapefruit, asparagus, potato and carrots. Spinach and tomatoes contain the highest concentration of glutathione and the active ingredient curcumin found in cumin, curry and turmeric contains glutathione plus this nutrient is used to manufacture glutathione in the body. Vitamin C is another powerful antioxidant and studies have show that 500 mg of vitamin C can increase glutathione levels as much as 50%.

Cooking your food above 105 degrees destroys the glutathione and other important nutrients used for detoxification.

I’m very familiar with Glutathione but you said a number of things I didn’t know and I appreciate it. My Dr uses Glutathione in injection form and he uses what many consider extremely high dosages but there are other Dr’s who are in the know who use the same doses when needed…

Thanks man… I appreciate it and subbed in order to show some support for what you’re doing…
