If naltrexone competes for receptors against drugs in the brain then why do they say?

It does not make you feel anything ? When I take it it makes me have feelings of being well why do they say that it does nothing to ones mood?

naltrexone is an opioid antagonist and is used in alcohol dependence & opioid dependence. I haven’t noticed any mood changes in patients that take it and I’m unaware of this
